Terms
Service. Agent 6789 is an AI receptionist service operated by Jugaar LLC. Subscription is month-to-month or annual. Cancel any time; on month-to-month, service ends at the close of the current cycle.
Hardware. The pre-configured SIP phone shipped with your subscription is loaned for the duration of service. If you cancel within the first 90 days, return the phone in working condition — no fee. After 90 days, the phone is yours to keep.
Payment. First month's payment is charged after your phone is live and taking real calls. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from first-call-live.
Compliance. All AI-answered calls include an AB 2905 disclosure and a two-party consent line for recording. We do not offer HIPAA-Business-Associate deployment at this time. Medical, legal, and compliance-regulated practices should contact us before signing up.
