Privacy

We collect only what's necessary to operate your agent: inbound call audio, automated transcripts, caller phone numbers (stored hashed for duplicate detection), and the business knowledge you train Ava on by voice or text. Business knowledge is yours — exportable on request, deletable at will.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share call audio or transcripts with third parties outside the vendors strictly required to deliver the service (telephony carrier, speech-to-text, LLM). Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default; shorter retention available on request.

California residents have the right to request a copy of all data associated with their number, and to request its deletion. Email [email protected] with the subject line "CCPA request" — we respond within 15 business days.

Every AI-answered call begins with an AB 2905 disclosure ("Hi, this is an AI assistant calling for [Business]") and a two-party consent line for recording. These are not configurable.
